Thanks to Telford’s efforts in keeping the pitch playable, we were able to play, what turned out to be a superbly fought game from both sides. Telford went 1-0 up in the first half with a goal off an uncleared short corner. WATS had numerous opportunities but were not able to bring the score level till the second half with a goal from Dhylan, following a lovely lay off from Nirmal.
Despite the cold and fog everyone pushed through to make this a great game.
