Lost 2-0 after being reduced to 10 men after an injury took one of our youngsters off the pitch about 10 minutes into the game. The rest of the 1st half was like being at The Alamo with waves of Stafford attacks being repulsed by some stout defending and heroic goalkeeping from the skipper.
An excellent strike from a short corner saw Stafford take the lead, with a 2nd goal from open play following shortly after. Stafford had a succession of corners towards the end of the half but failed to convert.

The second half saw a great performance from the WATS defence limiting the opposition to very few clear cut chances and 0-0 in the 2nd half was what the performance deserved.

With 11, the game might have panned out differently but onwards and upwards to next week
