Within five years we will have the fisrt team established to at least Midlands premier, all other league teams to be regularly competeing in a higher division of a league than other clubs in Wolverhampton and junior teams will have won a national competition either indoors or outdoors.
Our youth development will be ssen as the most structured in the local area, giving opportunities to all to further their skills in Hockey. Parents will also be integral in this development.
Our Coaching will be self sufficient within four years with qualified coaches for all age groups as well as developing at least one to level 4 to coach the first team squads and support all other teams in achieving their goals.

We are prepairing to obtain Clubs First which is esstential for our club.
Both Players & Members are required to participate within the clubs code of conduct set aside in conjucntion with policies set by England Hockey.
