Mens Training

The Core Club Coaching  sessions  is every Wednesday at Wolverhampton Grammar School between  6.30pm and 7.30pm. 

  It is run by Qualified Coaches from within the Club who, on occassions will be assisted  by Coaching Supporters.

The 1st Team Squad Training  is every Wednesday 7.00pm - 8.30 pm. 

Coaching  is from Club Coach, Pete Sekula.

BOTH core club coaching and  1st. Team Squad Coaching will run through until Easter 2012 with a week’s break for Christmas.

Ladies Training

The Core Club Coaching  sessions  is every Thursday at Wolverhampton Grammar School  between 7.00pm and 9.00pm. 

Indoor training will take place on a Monday night at Aldersley Lesuire Village durin January in addition to outdoor training.

Coaching is from Club Coach, Paul Edwards.

Junior Training

JUNIOR Training on Sunday Mornings between 9.00 -10.00 a.m. at Aldersley Leisure Village  

Coaching will be provided by Qualified Club Coaches
